We want to highlight, communicate and celebrate  stories of positive contributions by Asylum Seekers and Refugees, as well as challenging hostility and discrimination.

Wakefield City of Sanctuary needs your help

Each week we support asylum seekers who are here legally but have no financial supportWe provide them with some food and £10-20 per week for each asylum seeker and their familyto cover foodbasic toiletries and travel to compulsory Home Office appointments.
